1953 Gretsch 6021 Jumbo Synchromatic

Selling as is: This is an affordable & great sounding early 50’s vintage Gretsch Pre-Rancher 6021 Jumbo Flat Top for that player wanting something cool to take to his Blues gigs w/out the worry of using their other expensive alternatives in their collection. This 6021 was a preemptive to the better know 6022 Rancher model. Its Natural Spruce Top & Sunburst finished back & sides is still quite vivid. Its Spruce top has some nice grain to it but has been heavily modified when made electric at some time. It now has 5 holes repaired quite nicely from an aray of vol. & tone knobs as well as a few extra screw holes from its past life. Its 3 piece mahogany neck has their cool shaped  headstock design w/groovy script logos. Its bound/pearloid block inlaid fingerboard feels really nice. It’s still sporting its plastic button open back tuners. Its repro pickgard & piano shaped bridge finish her off. Its very good overall & comes w/no case.
