This has an interesting story that began in 1962 when sold new at the Fife & Nichols Music Shop in Hollywood California. By 1970 when a young computer tech named Larry Briggs (yes 1 of the 3 Amigos) found this exact guitar in a pawn shop in downtown Tulsa for sale for $80. along w/his good friend & guitar collector Dick Ganders. Larry did not have the money so Dick grabbed it for his collection. In 2015, 45 years later, Larry finally had the opportunity to buy it from Mrs. Ganders’ widow & the rest is history. It is 1 of a few made in 1962, its all original & in excellent overall shape showing a bit of play wear, more photos to follow, it comes complete w/its original Brown Tolex hard case.
