Description

The Rolling Stones were iconic for the vintage guitar & bass market since their inception in 1964. Bassist Bill Wyman was using many different short scale basses but made a deal w/the Vox company in the UK to make a special short scale model of their Teardrop Mk.IV specifically for his needs. Its 3-tone Sunburst finish looks awesome over Vox’s hollow body w/their cool “F” hole design. Its neck is ultra skinny for Bill’s playing style. Its 2 white pickups are punchy yet smooth. Its logo does not say Vox but of course it is. The original chrome pickgard is missing but she sports a nice White laminated replica. Its cheesy tuners hold tune well & its saucer knobs look great ! She’s excellent overall & has a stash of case candy in its original shaped hard case.
