1973 Hayman 40/40 Bass
Cool Brit-made Hayman 40/40 Bass from those cool early 70’s Rock & Roll days in the UK; it was special ordered in a “Prince” Purple Metallic finish over an alder body & is in very good shape showing a bit of play time, its black bound & super flamey “Maple Cap” neck feels like a Fender P Bass retaining its original small frets, it has the coolest headstock design with its clear circular see-thru window w/its faded “H” logo, it has 2 sets of pickups having bold tone w/a 3 way selector switch, its cool clear pickgard covering its face brings it all together, a very wild design that never really took off in the States, used by many bands including T.Rex, She’s 9 lbs. 4 oz. w/killer sustain & tone qualities, she is excellent overall & all original missing only its bridge/pickup covers, comes with what appears to be its original hard case.
