1998 Gibson J-200 Elite Ltd. Ed. Custom Shop

This is a very rare & beautiful 1998 “J-200 Elite” Acoustic, a rare limited production Flat Top by the Custom Shop. The combination of Gibson’s traditional Jumbo body w/its see-thru Blonde finish is great. Combine that w/an insanely Quilty Flamey maple back, sides & its 3 piece neck like we’ve not seen before on a 90’s vintage J-200. No less stunning in appearance, the cool floral rope engraved tortoise’gard, the ornate mutha-o-pearl and abalone inlays in the mustacshe bridge, crowns all over the fingerboard culminate to the large headstock’s magnificent shape w/some factory Grover Imperial tuners. Its orange label is perfectly intact. The body does show some scratches, small dings & some play time. Huge tone & stunning appearance, this will truly go up in time as 1 of their best models ever produced. It’s excellent overall & comes in its original hard case.
