2000 Gibson Les Paul Std. R9 40th Anniversary

This is a beautiful example of Gibson’s 40th Anniversary of making the original 1959 Les Paul Std. Its faded stunning Cherry’burst finish is quite lovely over an extremely real looking flamey maple top. Its see-thru cherry red back, sides & neck are brilliant utilizing some nicely figured woods. She’s equipped w/2 factory PAF pickups. Its original pots appear dated to 2000 but not legible. Its sporting a set of Kluson Deluxe tuners w/a nickel tun-a-matic bridge & stop tailpiece. It’s only 8 lbs. 13 oz. Just in from its last caretaker. It is truly Near Mint & comes w/a ton of case candy, its brown COA booklet & tags all in its original brown hard case.
