1972 Guild M-85 Bass

This is a fabulous early production 1972 Guild M-85 Bass in its original see-thru Cherry finish over a white bound mahogany body, great feeling mahogany neck with center maple strip, rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays, chrome individual tuners, chesterfield headstock inlay, 2 killer humbucking pickups, 2 volume & 2 tone controls w/a coil tap switch, 4 chrome capped black knobs, 3 way pickup selector switch & a chrome bridge with adjustable rosewood saddles. It exhibits some play time but is actually beautifully patinated & good looking. It’s Cheryl Crow’s favorite Bass. It’s excellent overall & comes in its rare origin black tolex/yellow lined hard case (missing its handle).
