Description
This is a very cool boutique bass made by Kevin Ferner in Memphis, Tennessee. One of their most popular models in one of their most popular colors called Antique Milk White ! A new method he came up with adding a few drops of vintage amber to the clear coats gives it a slightly aged look. One-piece black bound swamp ash body with unreal flame on neck and pickguard. That pickguard alone is probably nicer than most PRS tops, definitely 5A+. Laminated faceplate in burled maple and bursted in tobacco is a toss-in for no extra charge just because Kevin felt like it. Its potent Lollar single coil vintage pickup sounds better than the original from the 50’s. A great feeling Madagascar rosewood fingerboard has genuine MOP block markers. Except the one with the bound arm I did, this may be the nicest ’68 Customs ever made so far. This has 2 tiny marks by the back binding, otherwise she’s near mint & comes in a nice molded hard case.
