1972 Martin 00-21

This is a great example of what Martin specialized in…making such fabulous sounding small bodied models of all types. This is a fabulous sounding 00-21 Guitar made in 1972 in all original shape 1 of just a few 00-21 produced. Its Spruce top is quite clean that’s been played a bit w/no repairs. It’s Indian Rosewood back & sides are absolutely crack free. Its 1 piece neck feels wide & very comfy, plays great & has a perfect neck angle as she’s just been reset by guru Bob Peterson. It sports a beautiful Indian Rosewood headstock veneer w/Martins logo. Its original tuners hold tune very well. Its dot inlaid Indian Rosewood fingerboard & bridge are still quite nice & she still retains her original Frets. Its got a perfect replacement black lacquered pickgard. Lastly it’s got a Martin type pickup installed (w/an input jack installed in its lower bout) & may be the best sounding & loudest 00-21 we’ve ever had in the shop. If you ever wanted a killer sounding 55 year old perfect playing 00 size 12-fret Martin…this is it. She’s exceptional overall & comes w/its original Blue molded hard case.
