1974 Fender Competition Mustang

Check out this really cool & clean 1974 Fender Competition Mustang in fabulous condition and in perfect working order. One of the very last Competition Mustangs produced in its minty Candy Apple Red Metallic finish w/White Competition Stripes. It’s got a super clean very white maple neck w/a dot inlaid rosewood fingerboard. The white pearloid’gard is also tidy w/a set of killer pickups. A bold, snappy-sounding Mustang, the single coils offer plenty of jangle and sparkling cut, with a bold, round sound in the neck position and more aggressive growl at the bridge. Engaging the on/off/on pickup switches in their outermost or innermost settings delivers the Mustang’s spanky out-of-phase setting. Lightweight at 7 lbs. 1 oz. One of the cleanest in existence w/no fade or very much playtime ever. It’s complete w/its original gray/black tolex hard case.
