1973 Fender Jazz Bass

We’ve just re-acquired another really clean & original 1973 Fender Jazz Bass w/all the right features from our last client whom just traded her back in. Its rich original Sunburst finish is over a lightweight Alder body, its rare White Bound & Block inlaid 4-bolt Rosewood neck is super clean w/nice logo & frets, it’s maple neck is quite clean & has its ink stamp visible from 1973 & she has 2 pot date codes dating to the 48th week of 1972 & 1 from the 5th week of 1973. Its got the last of the nice Tortoise pickgards pulling this all together making it one of Fender’s last great Jazzes. Its 2 pickups are super smooth w/that quintessential “Jazz Bass” sound ! It’s so cool & legit from its tuners to its bridge & every single screw from new. It has a gorgeous patina for a 53 year old original, it plays & feels incredible, she’s truly an exceptional example & comes w/a nice newer molded Hard Case.
