2015 Gibson Memphis ES-Les Paul Semi-Hollow Body

A rare and increasingly sought-after Gibson from the Memphis factory, this 2015 ES-Les Paul combines the resonance and comfort of a semi-hollow ES model with the familiar feel, scale length and controls of a Les Paul. Produced for only a relatively short period, these guitars have developed a loyal following amongst players looking for something a little different from the traditional Gibson catalogue. Finished in a beautiful Honey Burst over a figured maple top. The top displays some lovely flame figuring which really comes alive under different lighting conditions, whilst the dark stained back and sides provide a classy contrast. Weighing just 6 lb 2 oz, this is dramatically lighter than most Les Paul models whilst still retaining the warmth, sustain and familiar playing experience Gibson players love. The semi-hollow construction adds an extra layer of openness and resonance, making it equally at home for blues, jazz, classic rock and modern styles.
