2020 Warrior Bella "California Exclusive" Bass

As a bass player that likes anything from Rufus/Chaka Khan, Sly & James Brown to Bad Company to Blake Shelton…I am a diverse player that generally likes to funk ! JD at Warrior Basses I feel is 1 of the top 3 Boutique Bass manufactures on the planet today. This is a recent example of JD’s take on an aged vintage Jazz Bass. This cool Bella 4-string Bass was from a limited series called the “California Exclusive” its # 6 signed by J Dran Jr. & made completely from some stunning grainy Ash. It’s got this cool really heavy carved top & its nicely relic’d feels like it’s 50 years old. Its neck is like a pre-CBS slab’ board w/a nice dark rosewood fingerboard on a great feeling maple neck. Its 2 Jazz Bass pickups sound incredible with Warriors active electronics. It’s featherweight at just over 8 lbs. ! I luv these basses as they play like butter & sounds perfect live & in the studio. She’s featured on Warrior’s Isabella Webpage in all her glory. If they’d make another special run like this it’d be well over $7K. today. She’s near mint & comes in a nice molded hard case.
