Description
This is a rare example of a ’64 Firebird VII Reissue w/a Reverse Body using original type Gold parts such as banjo tuners, tun-a-matic bridge and a Long Maestro Vibrato, w/3 mini Humbuckers that look, play, sound and feel just like original reverse body ones costing 5 times the price. Its original Cherry finish is very cool showing slight play time yet looks fabulous. Its pearloid block inlaid ebony fingerboard is over a multi laminated Mahogany neck w/no volute w/a 3 piece body. It’s loaded w/3 factory pat. # Mini Humbuckers that sound amazing. She’s sporting what looks like an original thin aged white pickgard sporting a Red Firebird logo. She has her original pots dated to sometime in 2003. It had at 1 time the Maestro tailpiece removed & a Bigsby added & then put back as originaL. However it has a few screw holes under its long tailpiece mostly hidden. This is a great guitar for that guy that wants to enjoy it for the next few years ! She’s a truly a cool original w/plenty of vibe & comes w/its big Brown tolex hard case.
